Thanks for bringing all these health reporting in one piece! I also have liked watching ASMR videos since the pandemic as we had much more time at home -- not whispering but cooking like HidaMari cooking (desserts): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5WBg5Weg8dc.

I have practiced Yoga for about 20 years - consistency and regular exercise in breathing and stretching are key to health. I attended a few Tai Chi lessons. Their approach is a little different. Tai Chi focuses on a chain of flowing movements, balancing, and teaches self-defense. Many people dedicate themselves to either or both.
